    Andrew Zinger is a global enablement and revenue strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming how organizations sell, lead, and grow. As the Founder and Principal of Zinger Revenue Consulting, he partners with companies to design scalable, data-driven frameworks that align people, process, and performance—helping teams sell with clarity, confidence, and conviction.

    Before launching Zinger Revenue Consulting, Andrew built and led global enablement organizations at Fastly, Figma, Dropbox, Visa, and Salesforce, where he consistently turned enablement into a competitive advantage. His initiatives—including the License to Lead leadership certification and the Revenue Excellence Framework—have improved forecast accuracy, ramp time, and win rates across worldwide teams.

    Andrew’s approach blends strategic rigor with hands-on practicality, grounded in his belief that the best enablement programs simplify complexity and protect what matters most: selling time.

    Brandon Edling is a technology and enablement leader with over 20 years of experience building learning ecosystems that turn complexity into clarity. As Chief Technology Officer at Zinger Revenue Consulting, he leads the design and delivery of scalable technical enablement programs that empower teams to perform with precision, confidence, and measurable impact.

    Before joining Zinger Revenue Consulting, Brandon led enablement initiatives at Fastly, Figma, and Dropbox, where he built global learning infrastructures that combined technology, analytics, and instructional design to accelerate productivity across sales, customer, and technical audiences. His programs—including competency-based onboarding, multilingual certification systems, and data-driven learning frameworks—have elevated performance for teams around the world.

    Brandon’s work sits at the intersection of education, creativity, and technology—bridging strategy and execution to make learning practical, human, and transformative.

    General Manager, EMEA

    Frank Van der Vinden is a senior enablement leader with 16 years of experience helping global SaaS teams sell smarter and accelerate revenue.

    He has delivered high‑impact programs at Salesforce, Dropbox and Deel, supporting sellers across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

    Frank builds practical, scalable enablement that drives measurable results, from onboarding and methodology rollout to coaching and deal support.

    With certifications in MEDDICC, Sandler and Winning by Design, he combines proven methodologies with hands-on experience as a former top‑performing seller. He partners closely with GTM leaders, cutting through complexity and creating clear paths to execution. Frank has managed international teams, led large-scale SKOs and driven cross‑functional projects that improve seller consistency and productivity. A strong communicator in Dutch and English, he brings clarity, structure and a bias for action.

    Above all, he’s focused on helping sellers grow, building high‑performing teams and delivering predictable commercial impact.
