As the Founder and Principal of Zinger Revenue Consulting, he partners with companies to design scalable, data-driven frameworks that align people, process, and performance—helping teams sell with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
Before launching Zinger Revenue Consulting, Andrew built and led global enablement organizations at Fastly, Figma, Dropbox, Visa, and Salesforce, where he consistently turned enablement into a competitive advantage. His initiatives—including the License to Lead leadership certification and the Revenue Excellence Framework—have improved forecast accuracy, ramp time, and win rates across worldwide teams.

Before joining Zinger Revenue Consulting, Brandon led enablement initiatives at Fastly, Figma, and Dropbox, where he built global learning infrastructures that combined technology, analytics, and instructional design to accelerate productivity across sales, customer, and technical audiences. His programs—including competency-based onboarding, multilingual certification systems, and data-driven learning frameworks—have elevated performance for teams around the world.
